This book tells part of the story of native Americans who lived along the streams and rivers of central Pennsylvania from around the 15th century A.D. until their eventual contacts with Europeans. Much of this book is a description of artifacts, but its major goal is to explain, to as wide an audience as possible, how these things and their associations in the places where they were uncovered revealed something about the general culture and history of the Susquehanna's Indians. Author Barry C. Kent.
